My Comment: Here is the scary part .... I know for a fact (my uncle was a managing director for a nuclear engineering company in Ukraine during the days of the Soviet Union) that Ukraine has the means, knowledge, resources, and blueprints to develop and build nuclear weapons. It may take some time .... and it will be very expensive .... but this threat can be delivered. Is it in the best interests of Ukraine to develop such weapons .... absolutely not. But such is the state of affairs in Ukraine today. On a side note .... this has become example of another important news story that is not being reported in much of the Western press.
