BERLIN (Reuters) - German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble urged parliament on Friday to take what he acknowledged was a difficult decision and approve an extension of Greece's bailout, assuring them Athens would not be allowed to "blackmail" its euro zone partners.
