Fans are hoping that a first glimpse of Marvel's Jessica Jones will be unveiled at the Television Critics Association Summer Press Tour later today. The two week event in which TV and entertainment networks, stars and producers present their output for the autumn and winter TV season to media critics and reporters launched last night in Beverley Hills. Today the presentations kick off in earnest with the Netflix previews and panels.

Although the panels for Netflix day have already been announced - among them Sense8, Orange Is The New Black, The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt and Netflix showrunners - it is hoped that a trailer or preview for Jessica Jones, Marvel's next comic book adaptation, will be screened. Krysten Ritter, David Tennant and Mike Colter star in the thirteen part series which follows a former superhero turned private detective as she faces the demons of her past. 

Marvel fans may also recall that the previous Marvel / Netflix collaboration Daredevil was presented at the TCA Winter Press Tour in January when the release date was also given.
