ACCORD Hospice in Paisley have been in touch to let us know about their latest fundraiser, which offers the chance to get your hands on a genuine piece of Doctor Who history!

The charity's next fundraising event will be the Mad Hatter's Ball, a glittering black-tie party taking place at the Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow on 25th March 2017. During this event the charity will be auctioning off a copy of the working script from the Doctor Who 50th Anniversary Special, The Day Of The Doctor, which has been autographed by a number of key cast members including David Tennant, Billie Piper, Matt Smith and the late John Hurt.

Even if you're not able to attend in person, the charity says that they may be able to accept remote bids for this very special item. Please contact David McFadden via david.mcfadden@accord.org.uk if you are interested in doing this, or if you are interested in buying tickets or supporting in another way.

ACCORD is a specialist facility offering palliative and end of life care to patients and families from the Renfrewshire area of Scotland. They are very reliant upon the goodwill of their supporters in raising the monies required and are grateful for every donation they receive. David Tennant and his family have supported the charity for many years.
