The second season of Marvel's Jessica Jones dropped on Netflix yesterday, with the self-loathing superpowered private eye back for another thirteen episodes of the Peabody Award winning series. Krysten Ritter returns to the title role as Jessica battles to make peace with herself after killing her tormentor Kilgrave (David Tennant) at the climax of Season 1.
Now with a reputation as a vigilante and killer, Jessica is trying to put her life back together and move forward from the trauma she experienced under the influence of Kilgrave. But a new case points her towards her own history and the origins of her power and makes her reluctantly face up to who she is. Returning cast also include Rachael Taylor, Carrie-Anne Moss and Eka Darville and, during filming last year, Marvel released a photo of David Tennant on set, confirming that Kilgrave would be back in an unannounced capacity.
The screencaps below can be considered spoilers for David's appearance as Kilgrave, so please be cautious scrolling down if you have not yet watched the new season.
